These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BVetter platform, operated by Baliwag Veterinary Services ("BVetter", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any part of the platform — booking appointments, reporting a lost or found pet, or managing your pet records — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account, including your name, contact details, and barangay of residence. Pet owner accounts are subject to residency verification before certain features are unlocked. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Appointments booked through BVetter are requests and are confirmed by clinic staff based on availability. Please arrive on time for confirmed appointments; repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future visits. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible through your account so the slot can be offered to another pet owner.
The Lost & Found feature is a community tool to help reunite pets with their owners. When submitting a report or a claim, you agree to:
False reports or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to other accounts, uploading harmful or unlawful content, interfering with the platform's normal operation, or using the service for any purpose other than personal pet care management.
BVetter facilitates appointment scheduling and record-keeping; it is not a substitute for in-person veterinary examination or emergency care. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact the clinic directly by phone or visit in person rather than relying solely on the platform.
All content on the BVetter platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Baliwag Veterinary Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without permission.
BVetter is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baliwag Veterinary Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed appointment notifications or delays in the lost & found matching process.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or misuse platform features. You may request deactivation of your account at any time by contacting us.
Separately from account suspension, we track basic session information for every login — including device/browser type, IP address, and an approximate location (city and country) derived from that IP address. Administrators can view your active sessions and end an individual session, signing that device out, without suspending your account — for example, if a device appears lost, shared, or compromised. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
